No experience needed. Rep Republic welcomes members at every level, from total beginners to seasoned athletes. Our Beginner Fitness Bootcamp is specifically designed to teach proper form and build a foundation in your first 4 weeks.

What should I bring to my first session?

Bring workout clothes, training shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. All equipment is provided. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for your first session so a coach can walk you through the floor.

Can I book personal training sessions?

Yes. Our Advanced Training program offers 1-on-1 coaching with custom programming. You can also book individual sessions with any of our certified coaches based on availability.

How do I become a member of Rep Republic?
