Coaches move on their record and their network. Put both on your profile: licenses, specializations, the clubs and age groups you've worked with, and the style you coach. Clubs hiring a bench want to know what you'll change in their first month.
Be concrete about your specialization — defense, goalkeeping, youth development, video analysis. A clear niche gets you found by the clubs that need exactly that.

The coaches who get hired don't wait to be discovered — they reach out. Follow clubs and players, message directly, and keep your availability current so clubs know you're open.
Verification matters here too. Linking an official roster confirms your history and tells a club they can trust what they're reading before the first call.
